MINDFULNESS – 3min of box breathing!


Today’s mobility work is to open up your forearms with a tabletop variation. Link movement with breath and you’ll have brand new wrists in no time!

Today’s mindfulness work is to do a few minutes of box breathing! Either follow the guided video or lead the practice yourself, or you can utilize an app called Pranayama, all the options 🙂
