MOBILITY – lunging cat-cows! 20 cycles/side


MINDFULNESS – consider the thought gap!


Today’s mobility work is to open up the posterior chain by connecting two effective yoga postures. Breath, don’t turn purple, and test/retest your squat!

Today’s mindfulness work is to consider the thought gap. The space between action and reaction, the little gap for thought.

Do some box breathing, too!
