MOBILITY – bully stretch on a doorframe, 2min/side!
MINDFULNESS – consider some mobile box breathing!
Today’s mobility work is to try to get that gross forward shoulder roll out of your upper body! This bully stretch will crank your shoulders open and have you standing taller in just a few minutes. Just make sure relax as hard as you contract 😛
Today’s mindfulness work is to box breathe on the move! I did it this morning as I walked to meet with a friend– 4 step inhale, 4 step hold, 4 step exhale, and 4 step hold.
It was a bit tough to get into the groove at first, but once I relaxed and realized I wasn’t going to die, it was easy and the walk was over before I knew it!
