Today’s mobility work is a great way to work those butt tissues and knots out. Slightly less spicy than on the ground, utilizing a wall provides a finer degree of control over the smash and floss.
Today’s mindfulness work is to develop your own reset routine! My 30 breath spinal movement is presented as a starting point.
This is a routine I use whenever I need to find a moment of mindfulness during the day. I usually enter the routine with my mind racing and finish with it still working but way less noisy :p
