Suffering is pain times resistance. That resistance is the friction, it causes the heat that is suffering.
Most pain can be endured. The question then becomes how much will you suffer while enduring the pain?
During a WOD– do you tune out of your body and try to fight the incoming pain train, or do you let it wash over you and embrace it?
