MOBILITY – open up the posterior chain with some lunging cat-cows!

A personal favorite to warm-up or cool-down the glutes, hammies, and all that good stuff in between!

MINDFULNESS – consider the suffering equation!

Suffering is pain times resistance. That resistance is the friction, it causes the heat that is suffering.

Most pain can be endured. The question then becomes how much will you suffer while enduring the pain?

During a WOD– do you tune out of your body and try to fight the incoming pain train, or do you let it wash over you and embrace it?

Consider this! Do some box breathing.
