Great mobilization. If I only have fifteen minutes to give my body some love, I’ll hit this for my shoulder joint, then couch stretch for my hips, and some yoga spinal twists to get the circulation flowing.

This is a very effective and powerful visualization technique to frame the inner workings of your mind. Stew on this for a while, then sit down and box breathe. Let those thoughts and clouds pass.
