MOBILITY – bone saw calf smash, 4min/side.
Test your mobility beforehand with either a squat, down dog, or pistol, and afterward. See if you can feel the new range of motion.

MINDFULNESS – find your quiet space, your cozy seat, close your eyes, set a timer for 5min.
Remind yourself of gratitude for 2014, or maybe just something for which you are grateful. Think of your intention for 2015 and your chunk goal to get there.
